Lay-up Fabricator on Second Shift (Minden, NE)

This could be an entry-level position into the Lay-up department. Produce aircraft composite parts by reading and interpreting engineering blueprints or diagrams; manually applying composite sheets to specific part molds. The staff member works under close supervision and from detailed verbal and written instructions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret engineering blueprints or diagrams.  Must be able to understand work orders and process specifications as required.

2. Read and interpret process planners, confirm materials, purchase orders and verifications.

3. Manual application of pliable composite plies to pre-formed molds per specifications.

Production Finisher on Second Shift (Minden, NE)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret engineering blueprints and diagrams.  Must be able to understand work orders and process specifications as required.

2. Manually trim and drill cured composite parts using various tools and machines including routers, band and table saws, manual mills and hand tools per specifications.

3. Utilize various finishing methods including filing, sanding and painting per specifications
