Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering
blueprints and diagrams. Must be
able to understand work orders and
process specifications as required.
- Manually trim and drill cured
composite parts using various tools and
machines including routers, band and
table saws, manual mills and hand tools
per specifications.
- Utilize various finishing methods
including filing, sanding and painting
per specifications.
Lay-up Fabricator (Minden, NE)
This could be an entry-level position
into the Lay-up department. Produce aircraft composite parts by
reading and interpreting engineering
blueprints or diagrams; manually applying
composite sheets to specific part
molds. The staff member works under
close supervision and from detailed verbal
and written instructions.

confirm materials, purchase orders and
verifications.
- Manual application of pliable
composite plies to pre-formed molds per
specifications.
Cure Tech (Minden, NE)
Cure parts per customer specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Refer to work
order for curing instructions, enter
recipe in computer.

Cure part per
specifications.

Prepare parts
for curing including wrapping and
placing in vacuum bag.

Remove part
from oven and unwrap, inspect for
defects, transfer to finishing.
