The quality assurance system is designed to assure that the product manufactured or services performed at Royal Plastic meet or exceed customer specifications.  This system is designed to provide for early detection of discrepancies and to provide corrective action where necessary.

Our quality system encompasses receipt, identification, material stocking and issue, the entire process of fabrication and manufacturing, packaging, storage and shipping.

Quality inspection of dimensional requirements is performed using precision instruments including a FARO portable CMM to verify and assure acceptance of product.

Acceptance and pre-production testing can be performed in the following areas:
