Operating from a 52,000 sq ft climate controlled custom designed facility in central Nebraska, Royal Plastic offers you exceptional skills using state of the art CNC and manufacturing equipment and fully integrated manufacturing software.Using our CNC machining centers and 3-5 axis mills we are able to achieve consistent, highly accurate results on all sizes and types of parts. We can successfully machine all types of media - advanced composite materials (carbon fiber, fiberglass) to all forms of steel and aluminum.
We can accommodate order quantities from small lots of 1 or 2 to production quantities of 1,000 or more. We also do custom fixture design and complex mold design.
Royal also utilizes CAD/CAM technology. Composite design and fabrication and finished operations that involve automated
trimming and drilling operations are machined directly from CAD data or loft data to assure conformance to lifecycle data requirements.
