Royal Plastic Mfg., Inc. Becomes NADCAP Accredited:
On March 18, 2006 Royal Plastic Mfg., Inc. became qualified to AS7118 Nadcap criteria for Composites:
Core Processing (AS7118/3)
Prepreg/Adhesive Bonding (AS7118/1)
Nadcap is a worldwide cooperative program of industry prime contractors that governs precise standards used to measure the competency, capability and consistency of suppliers and associated products within the aerospace industry. Its mission is to provide international, unbiased, independent manufacturing process and product assessments and certification services to add value, reduce costs and facilitate relationships between primes and suppliers.
Formerly known as NADCAP, for National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program, the Nadcap program was recommended as a means to standardize supplier quality assurance programs.
